Wow that was a big night. The estimate I heard was 300,000 people turned out for the event some getting to the South Perth foreshore as early as 5am!

As for me I was blown away by the size of it all. The work was solid from midday when I started thru to 5pm when I stopped for dinner. In fact I ended up only working 12 hours (I had the cab for 17) and had my best shift yet.

I can't wait for next year.
